How to apply for Woytopia 2026?
Option A: Apply online (recommended) Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. It’s fast, easy and goes straight to our crew!
Option B: Download the stall application form here. Complete and email it to market@woytopia.org with subject: “Woytopia Stall”. Don’t forget to attach a copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate.
What happens next?

Review & approval: We’ll review your application to make sure your stall aligns with our sustainability values.

Payment & confirmation: Once approved, we’ll send you our bank details for a bank transfer. Your spot is locked in once we receive your payment.

Logistics: We’ll email bump-in times and event-day info well ahead of October 11.
