It takes many hands to make an event such as Woytopia a success. Can you help? Here are some of the roles:
| Info desk | Provide general event info, handle any lost property/children |
| Waste | Keep an eye on bins and toilets, a quick tidy/clean if needed |
| Gate | Door donations, direct arrivals into the festival, keep entrances clear |
| Bump in/ out | Set up and/or take down marquees, tables, chairs, decorations, etc. Some lifting |
| Handy person | Competent DIY-type person to help set up |
| Photographers | Capture the event, including images to post to social media during the day |
Some (but not all) roles require a Working With Children Check (WWCC). These are free for volunteers from Service NSW
