Volunteer at Woytopia
Volunteers play a valuable role at Woytopia. We rely on helping hands for setting up, greeting guests the gate, directing Woytopians into the festival grounds, and many other tasks.
Volunteers come with a variety of skills. Do you have any particular skills that you feel maybe useful as a Woytopia volunteer?
Here's a list of some of roles:
- Info desk: Provide general event info, handle any lost property or children.
- Waste: Keep an eye on bins and toilets, a quick tidy/clean if needed.
- Gate: Door donations, direct arrivals into the festival, keep entrances clear.
- Bump in/ out: Help set up or take down marquees, tables, chairs, decorations, etc. Some lifting.
- Handy person: Competent DIY-type person to help oversee set-up.
- Photographers: Capture the event, including images to post to social media during the day.
