Volunteers play a valuable role at festivals and Woytopia need many hands for setting up, helping on the gate, directing Woytopians into the festival grounds, and heap of other tasks.
Volunteers all come with a variety of skills. Do you have any particular skills that you feel maybe useful as a Woytopia volunteer,
Here’s a list of some of roles:
| Info desk | Provide general event info, handle any lost property/children. |
| Waste | Keep an eye on bins and toilets, a quick tidy/clean if needed. |
| Gate | Door donations, direct arrivals into the festival, keep entrances clear. |
| Bump in/ out | Help set up or take down marquees, tables, chairs, decorations, etc. Some lifting. |
| Handy person | Competent DIY-type person to help oversee set-up. |
| Photographers | Capture the event, including images to post to social media during the day. |
